XCAP’s Multi-Tenant Multi-Constituent Architecture

XCAP has been designed as a Multi-tenant, Multi-constituent platform from the ground up. What this means is that multiple tenants and multiple constituents of the platform can work off a single instance of the application.

Easy Roll out to Multiple Agencies
As part of the Multi Tenant architecture – the XCAP platform is configurable for use by multiple tenants, rapidly with almost no customization. This capability will allow the Tender Board to roll out the electronic procurement application to more state agencies, schools etc. – with their own unique catalog, approval processes.

Easy Roll out and Adoption by Suppliers
As a single platform used by multiple constituents – XCAP provides suppliers the ability to interact with the State through the State’s supplier portal. Additionally we intend to provide state suppliers with the option of subscribing to additional services – that would help them set up eCommerce portals and manage their back office processes to streamline supplier’s internal processes, and interactions with the state.

Our experience in hosting products/ applications dates back to 1999. Our infrastructure is robust and capable of providing uninterrupted service for thousands of clients 24x7. We have configured a secure server environment with failover redundancies and adequate backup and restore mechanism to service our customers without any loss of production. Scheduled maintenance (outside production hours) will not have a downtime more than 8 hours per month.
